With our unique method of getting and staying in shape, we provide a easier and simpler way of training that can be done from the comfort of your own home, gym, or anywhere else on the planet. Simply record a video of yourself doing the posted challenge; follow all rules posted, workout as hard as possible in a short 1-3 minute time frame, and send your video in for review to win the posted prize.

Body Building Program

Our program is based on a HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING style of exercising which consists of multi-compound weighted and body weight movements designed to create hormonal responses throughout the body and burn calories for days after completion of each workout.
